Meet Our Management Team

Melissa Merrill

Mel started working at Flatbread in 2014 and came over to Sacco’s in 2021. She now lives in the walls of Sacco’s. If you’re very still, you might see her running across the restaurant.

General Manager

Tyler Mandeville

Tyler has worked for Flatbread since 2013 and joined the Sacco’s team in 2025. You’ll find him in the restaurant most nights being the life of the party.

Assistant Manager

This is who creates our weekly specials. Mike started working at Flatbread in 2012, he came over to Sacco’s in 2023. He enjoys short walks back and forth in front of the oven and spending time with his three sons, two of which are cats.

Kitchen Manager

When she’s not out of the country, she is the creator and coordinator of our monthly charity cocktails and our seasonal cocktails. Liv has been bartending since the 1800s and joined Sacco’s in 2022

Jenn Thomas

Jenn was born and raised inside a Flatbread, she started when she was 14 years old as a busser. Now she is your local gal that coordinates all of our community events, benefit bakes, and more!

Victoria Crespi

Victoria is the one who handles all of your large birthday parties and family events. She’s worked with Flatbread since 2012. Since Victoria works remote, she is with us in spirit.
